Welcome to Imperial International Spa, located in Vijayanagar, Bangalore. By reserving an appointment or entering our premises, you agree to comply with our guest policies designed to preserve a serene, respectful, and hygienic sanctuary for all visitors.
2. Appointment Reservations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online through our WhatsApp booking engine or by contacting our front desk concierge directly at +91 63637 00428. We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your allocated time slot. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance via WhatsApp so we can reallocate your suite.
3. Health & Medical Disclosures
Guests are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, cardiovascular issues, allergies, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy to their therapist prior to commencing therapy. Our therapists provide therapeutic touch and relaxation rituals and do not prescribe medical treatments.
4. Strictly Professional & Ethical Conduct
Imperial International Spa is a registered professional wellness establishment offering authentic therapeutic massages and wellness treatments. All therapies are conducted with professional draping protocols. Any disrespectful, unethical, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund and may be reported to local authorities.
5. Valuables & Personal Belongings
While our suites are private and secure, management does not assume liability for lost, damaged, or misplaced jewelry, money, or personal belongings. Please store personal items in the designated lockers provided inside each private suite.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
